Cool, I\u2019d take that\u2026<\/li><li>Those who think \u201c$16 is kind of a lot to pay for a fresh domain\u201d&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>In either case, our subject here is a completely different animal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not only did they turn down the $500 offer\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They turned down a $200,000 offer\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/r3uxzwLvHS6j4wLQtJ_Itas8umJT1rEPlVbrbXjngXbzBZOHIpmzg8XjqDOvv0O3MSfkqv1XfrwvyPwCwIm1NPjBRfOL6WzK-aNvtkmftkQ1H_rrYU6foKBgZs-rFD6lofH8kejiUhtVQ63M1g\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Then turned down a $350,000 offer\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because they wanted 10 Bitcoin (~$500,000 initially)\u2026 for a $16 site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bitcoin dropped to $43,500 \u2013 and eventually it sold for $435,000.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/9EyZSGkMHEMDPqPanOeq3UOupME2oB4YJfAYykuNvZWyYXfp8z0ma7GPW4AC4fyEdOX8SToH1SRsO9DKmEDXDqmTzG-UPfWRp-Upv9YkTafghKpAcZ9mHoWF6LViEKII2qjKxYShppT7DN7hyQ\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br>$434,984 profit \u2013 or a 2,718,650% return on investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>So again \u2013 how the hell does this happen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They were in the right industry (Crypto) \u2013 and they had something of value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My favourite takeaway from this saga?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One phrase; the <a href=\"https:\/\/ampifire.com\/blog\/selfpublishing-com-review\/\">author<\/a> repeated over and over\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>\u201cKnow Your Worth!\u201d<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Since last Summer I\u2019ve been training a few hundred people on how to quickly deploy ultra-specific websites in the Crypto niche; which I have to admit, has not received the attention it deserved!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But that\u2019s still 1,573 genuine hits last month\u2026 and for stat nerds like me; it\u2019s averaging a 15% bounce rate (most sites see something like 80%)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, because I\u2019m only doing a quick (\u201cquick\u201d) email here, I haven\u2019t had a professional valuation;
